EXPERIENCE

Anton brings a wealth of real estate experience to buyers and sellers. Over the course of 20 years, Anton has owned over 100 apartments in the central New York. Including the Auburn, Syracuse and Ithaca areas . He actively managed University properties, vacation rentals and multifamily dwellings. 

He screened all occupants and rented apartments maintaining less than a 5 percent vacancy rate during time of ownership . He performed financial cash flow analysis and ROI on all units . Dealt with city ordinances, code enforcement regulations and planning boards . His real estate portfolio increased in valued to several million which he later listed and sold to private buyers for off market deals that he located . 

Anton also purchased, managed and sold properties in the States of Florida, North Carolina and Massachusetts for clients and family . He has completed several home renovation housing flips in luxury resort and second home markets including Florida, Cape Cod and and the Village of Skaneateles.
