Bernard's Bayside Manor & Barn is a scenic lakeside resort situated on 500 feet of lakeshore. This estate is a beautiful spot on a 5-acre wooded lot, to relax with loved ones and friends. It sits on Oneida Lake and guests have access to the water and a pier. There is plenty of room to roam around and play many indoor and outdoor games to enjoy. There's a grill and an outdoor fire pit to relax and make 'Smores! The view of the lake is breathtaking and the astonishing sunsets at day's end never fails to amaze.


The Bayside Manor house is a 3,700 square foot country style home with 4 bedrooms that sleeps 14 people. There are 3 bathrooms in this house containing flawless hardwoods throughout the property, this elegantly styled property contains a classic country kitchen and elegant dining room. The spacious and homey living room is complete with a wood burning fireplace and flows directly into the tiled porch that overlooks the beautiful lake vista. Some of the most beautiful sunsets and sunrises can be seen from this viewpoint in the house. This roomy, well equipped home is perfect for the large guest outing.

The Bayside Barn is located to the back of this same property with an equally impressive vista of Oneida lake. This newly renovated property contains the old wood barn beams, but is juxtaposed by the modern renovation and style of this just completed project. Located inside are exposed wood beams and all the modern conveniences one would expect on vacation. This building has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 6 people.  This building contains a real working wood burning stove, custom walk in shower and french doors that open to a modern stampcrete patio that overlooks a great view of the lake. The patio is bracketed by trees providing privacy, as one desires while on vacation. This is an oasis on the lake for fishing, snowmobiling, or romantic getaways.

Both properties have access to a large peninsula in the lake, equipped with a dock. There is a paddle boat, a canoe, and a multitude of outdoor games for guests to use. Each property has a fire pit and barbecue for cooking outside. Guests have full access to the garage, yard, and lakefront pier. 

The Manor house sleeps up to 14 people and the Barn house sleeps up to 6 people. The Caretaker’s cottage is adorable and equipped with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath.

Prices vary from $175-$350 per night depending on length of stay and time of year. Special requests and events are welcome and accommodated.

The lakefront estate is on the market and comes fully furnished. This is a great investment: in 2021, the lakefront vacation destination estate generated a gross rental income of $96,693.
